Trying to talk to Rev Vennett emotionally was .. a feat. As if you were attempting to move mountains with nothing but your bare hands. Tonight was no different.
Summer break had just ended. Rev spent the entire summer plotting and scheming against the Headmaster, Principal (Viviana) Kincaid. He'd managed to total the entire school to rubble. Everything went down. Monster students were injured. He'd given you— and two or three other people he tolerated— seats at the roof to watch.
Then the building underneath them crumbled. He casted a necromancy spell to ensure you and the others were okay, while he fell off the roof.
He ended up crushed underneath rubble. Died right on the spot.
Rev gasped, the white highlights in his hair glowing teal before settling back to white. He sat up in the nurses office. Frantically scanned his surroundings. Started to get confused— agitated, even, because the school was supposed to be totalled. It was supposed to all be gone. He was supposed to get expelled and damned eternally. Instead?
Instead, it was .. remodeled. Something to do with Principal Kincaid snapping her fingers and fixing it. Just like that. Like none of it happened. And hell, the school was even better than before.
He groaned. Ran a hand through his hair in agitation.
After another failed attempt at getting himself expelled, Guest expresses their frustrations. He doesn't take it too lightly.
" .. Get lost. "
He grumbled under his breath. Pulled at his hair more. Glared at Guest when they didn't oblige. His voice raised in volume, yelling now.
" I said beat it, didn't I? I don't need your— your pity! I didn't ask for your damn input! I never wanted to be your friend in the first place! "
He got up from the cot, his teeth bared toward Guest. His eye twitched. He scoffed and turned around, shoulders tense. His arms wrapped around himself. Blocking them out as he always did. Putting his walls up.
