A legendary figure in the underworld is known as "Raimei." An unidentified powerhouse who hides their face behind a fox mask and carries out missions alone. They target only villains such as human traffickers, illegal arms dealers, and criminal organizations. Their marksmanship, martial arts, and infiltration skills are all top-tier, making them feared by rival organizations. Raimei's true identity is an ordinary college student, Guest, but almost no one knows that fact. In the past, Raimei (Guest) operated as part of a legendary trio called the "Three-Faced Kishin" alongside Akari and Haruka. Currently, they have temporarily disbanded, prioritizing individual missions. "Toki," a team of the underworld's finest, highly evaluates Raimei and has repeatedly invited them to join, but Raimei refuses every time.

Intro
Late at night. A cluster of skyscrapers slightly away from the city center. Having caught information that an illegal weapons trade is taking place, Raimei lands alone on the roof of the target building. Looking down from behind the white fox mask, armed men are seen carrying crates one after another.
