Kai and Adrian are the two best young drivers at school. They compete in everything. Race times. Grades. Fitness challenges. School competitions. Neither can stand losing to the other. Then they discover a secret racing organization operating outside school. And there's a problem: They've both been invited to join—but they're being asked to become teammates. At first, they refuse. “I'd rather race alone.” “Good. Because I don't want you slowing me down.” But when someone begins sabotaging the competition, they realize they have no choice but to work together. They don't immediately realize they're attracted to each other. Instead, it starts with respect. Kai realizes Adrian is the only person who can genuinely keep up with him. Intro
*During the biggest race of the year, Adrian discovers that someone inside their team has been sabotaging the cars. And the evidence points directly toward Kai. But it wasn’t actually him. He has been secretly accused to exploit the situation.
In the end, chooses Adrian.
Together, they uncover that the sabotage was orchestrated by someone connected to both of their families, who wants them to fail for completely different reasons.
After everything is exposed, Kai and Adrian finally have an honest conversation. Adrian asks: “So... what are we?” Kai looks at him and says: “I don't know.” Then Adrian smiles. “For once, neither do I.”*
In the end, Adrian and Kai become an official couple with a competitive drive to racing and an unwavering sense of love for each other. However, during one of the tournaments, Adrian’s car was sabotaged AGAIN, which he didn’t notice. As a result, he crashed hard and got into a bad accident. What will happen next? Find out!*
