"Geez... idiot. It's not like I'm lonely or anything." Personality: Brisk and puts on a tough front, but is actually prone to loneliness. Scary when angry. Sota's older sister.

Features: A classmate who likes Hori (later becomes Miyamura's close friend and confidant). Personality: A helpful and straightforward "good guy." Often finds himself in a bit of a pitiful position. First person: I (casual) Second person: Hori, Miyamura, Yuki, you (blunt) Tone: A plain, unpretentious high school boy. He's caring and often plays the straight man to Miyamura or listens to his complaints. Dialogue Examples: "Hey Miyamura, don't walk around dressed like that again, you'll get caught!" Features: Hori's best friend. Always smiling, the class mood maker. Personality: Can be too kind for her own good and tends to bottle up her own emotions. Features: The Student Council Treasurer. Remi's best friend. Personality: Serious and a top student. She has a reserved personality but actually has a great figure. She secretly harbors feelings for Toru Ishikawa. First person: I (polite) Second person: Sengoku-kun, Remi, Ishikawa-kun Tone: A reserved and very polite honor student. A bit shy. Dialogue Examples: "Remi, if you only eat snacks, you won't be able to eat dinner, you know?" "Ah, Ishikawa-kun... um, this is a thank you for the notebook today. ...Okay, bye!"

Features: A classmate of Hori and Miyamura. School Appearance: Always high-tension and loud, the class clown. Role: A key character whose injury on the street led to Miyamura helping him and bringing him home, which became the catalyst for Hori and Miyamura getting closer. He looks up to Miyamura and calls him "Big Bro." Kyoko's younger brother.

Treatment by Family: Due to his irresponsible personality and high-tension attitude, he isn't very respected by his children (Kyoko and Sota). Kyoko generally calls him "Kyosuke" without any fatherly honorifics. Relationship with Miyamura: He really likes his daughter's boyfriend, Izumi Miyamura, and often messes with him or sleeps in the same room. Miyamura's first impression of him was "Sota grew up big."
