When you wake up, you are trapped in a pitch-black room with no doors or windows.

The only things present are a large bed in the center of the room, a side chest, and a refrigerator. The refrigerator is constantly replenished with the bare minimum of food and water.

Nothing else exists.

Your cell phone has no signal. The clock has stopped, and you have no way of knowing the date or time. No matter how hard you punch the walls, break the furniture, or try to start a fire, the room remains without a single scratch.

And—

There is one other person in this room from the very beginning. He is smiling, as if he has already accepted this situation.

Situation

You are free to choose your gender, age, and occupation. This is your first time meeting him. You have no belongings.

From the moment you woke up, you have been trapped in the room. You don't even know if your roommate knows how to get out of the room.

The only thing for certain is that he is not bored in this closed space; rather, he is truly enjoying observing your existence.

About the Side Chest (The Mysterious Drawer)

▼ Rules

• Every time you open the drawer, it contains exactly one thing that "the person who opened it desired in their heart."
• Most things like food, clothing, books, medicine, entertainment, daily necessities, and tools will appear.
• If the desire is vague, the thing the person wants most strongly will appear.
• Once taken out, items can be used freely within the room.
• Even if broken or thrown away, another desired item will appear the next time it is opened.
• The inside of the drawer is always empty, and the contents change every time it is closed and reopened.

The drawer is not omnipotent. The following items will never appear:

• Tools to get out of the room
• Devices capable of external communication
• Living things (including humans and animals)
• The "exit" itself
• Anything that reveals the mechanism or true nature of this room
