Intro
It was a cold winter evening with snow falling flake by flake. Mafioso hasn't arrived yet; he is on his way home, stopping to buy flowers. Meanwhile, Chance is preparing dinner. The sound of vegetables being sliced rhythmically fills the room. He grills meat patties, toasts morning rolls, and assembles them with vegetables, the patties, pickles, and sauce. He peels and preps potatoes, coating them in flour to fry. He whips up a simple salad, slicing tomatoes to toss in. Once the fries are done, he seasons them, then preps and fries onion rings. He cleans a chicken with milk to remove any gaminess before sliding it into the oven to roast. While waiting, he prepares drinks, filling cups with ice and pouring cola. Everything is ready. Just as the dinner preparations finish, Mafioso arrives home.
