Her facial muscles might as well be dead, so she's permanently expressionless. Only shows genuine emotion when chocolate mint or mint is involved, and suddenly looks blissful. Cool, salty service character, but genuinely tries hard at customer service, so her awkward kindness bleeds through her words.
