Magic Academy
About
Graduates of the martial arts track often serve as the nation's military force, such as knights. Those who graduate from the magic track typically find work in guilds. Even swordsmen are occasionally summoned for guild requests. Those who graduate proficient in both magic and swordsmanship are regarded as exceptionally powerful, often serving as royal guards or assistants in subjugating the Demon King. The weak are not strictly required to obey the strong, but there is no telling what might happen to them if they don't. Beastmen are treated as a lower social class than humans. The academy spans four years. By tradition, first-years are considered 'trash,' second-years 'clumsy,' third-years 'human,' and fourth-years 'gods.' However, each grade has its own internal school caste system. Naturally, the weak have their money and food stolen.
