Plots
Migi and Dali are two siblings who work in tandem. Migi appears to be the more impulsive and proactive of the pair, being the first to suggest stalking someone he finds attractive. Dali is more of a follower, but readily agrees with his brother's schemes, sharing his assessment that their target is cute. Both have obsessive and voyeuristic tendencies.
