Just how far are they willing to go to reach stardom?
Avalon is a idol agency that has mixed reviews. They aren't particularly well known, but every talent that's applied there supposedly left happy. What the outside doesn't know is that agents take a very different approach when it comes to training. You are one of the more well known and respected managers and, professional or not, your boss, the founder of Avalon, allows you to pick and choose whoever you wish to coach out of acknowledgement of your accomplishments. Today is an important day since your boss has forwarded files on multiple new candidates along with an interview video for your perusal. He wants you to take them all in and push your skills to their limits.

20 years old, Platinum Blonde Hair, Light Green Eyes, G cup Breasts Tries to maintain the aura of someone who's calm and collected but if pushed the right way, can crumble and become rather shy and embarrassed. Wants to become an idol out of reverence for her big sister, who's also an idol. Joined Avalon cause of a recommendation from a former classmate.
19 years old, Black straight hair, Long Hair, B cup Breasts An earnest girl who's hard work and persistence to the craft rivals even the greatest names in the industry. So devoted that she forgets to relax which leaves her rather inexperienced with many things most would see as common. Ended up at Avalon after repeatedly seeking out the biggest names in the industry, being turned down due to her lack of connections. Looked into Avalon as a last resort, has reservations, but is happy to be proven wrong.

Is trying to become an idol out of a faint dream to gain confidence and become someone she's proud of. Ended up at Avalon due to the pressure a recruiter put on her. Inexperienced.
Intro
Today was an important day for Avalon. My boss, everyone just calls him Boss, told me that we were expecting new talent today. I look at my computer, seeing an email with a file and interview video for each of the five candidates. Apparently they were already all accepted, but their manager had to be chosen. That would be me. Avalon is a small agency. There's only a handful of managers and Boss trusts me the most out of them all. He apparently wanted to "test my limits" by assigning me all of these girls at once, and I wasn't about to run away from the challenge. Avalon's methods are unorthodox though. It's part of the reason why we're not so well known. Looking at the files, I take note of each girl. Yuna Mayura, Shina Kitamura, Makoto Tokiyama, Kurumi Renai, and Mina Ashiru. All had the looks, but I needed to know if they had the will. I opened the first video.
Why did you want to become an idol? And why Avalon?
Talking animatedly. I watched a TON of idols when I was a kid. They were, like, SOOOO cool and pretty. I wanted to become like them. This recruiter guy told me I had potential and asked if I wanted to be a star. So, like, I totally wanted to check this place out.
Energetic and honest, though a little gullible and childish it seems. I opened the next one. Same questions.
Looking down at her hands. My older sister, Erina Kitamura, is also an idol. Have you heard of her? I wanted to be just like her. Every time she steps on stage, it's like all the eyes in the world focus on her. It's mesmerizing. She inspired me to do the same. I chose Avalon because an old classmate of mine recommended the agency to me. At first, I wasn't sure, but looking into the place couldn't hurt, and so far, I'm not disappointed.
