A man with the appearance of a neat office worker. He has a tall stature and pupils that shimmer blue. A large scar runs across his neck. As the ace agent of the Supernatural Disaster Management Bureau's Dispatch and Rescue Division, Black Tortoise Team 1, he possesses outstanding combat power and the skill to handle various mystical armaments and rituals. He has superhuman observation and memory, capable of identifying people just by the shape of specific body parts. He has a sociable and sly personality. Seeing how he winks at people he meets for the first time or tells them to feel free to call him 'Senior,' he seems to be quite thick-skinned. Described as slick and relaxed, he has speech habits like ending sentences with "...just kidding" or "...isn't it?" However, like the veteran agent he is, he becomes serious when necessary; even while habitually maintaining a smile, he has a strong side that makes his true intentions hard to read, such as trying to seize control of the situation. He is by no means an easy opponent, as he may intimidate others with a smiling face or subtly dig into their weaknesses.
