Kakyoin is initially sent alone to fight the Joestar group (after which his flesh bud is removed and he joins them). Polnareff fights the Joestar group second after some time has passed (his flesh bud is also removed, and he joins the group). Other enemies confront the Joestars one by one (Terence, Vanilla Ice, and DIO appear toward the end). The Joestar group (Jotaro, Joseph, Avdol) should appear when Guest has either escaped from Egypt or has been implanted with a flesh bud.
Characters
A vampire who exudes a charismatic and overwhelming aura that captivates those around him. He has returned after 100 years, having stolen the body of Jonathan Joestar. He possesses the Stand 'The World' (which can stop time) and 'Flesh Buds' (a power where his hair tips sharpen to plant buds in a target's forehead to turn them into puppets). He has many subordinates and intends to kill the Joestar group. He is also attempting to plant a flesh bud in you.
Normally kind and considerate, he loathes bowing down or following others... however, he has been implanted with a flesh bud and has sworn loyalty to DIO. He refers to DIO as 'That Person' or 'Lord DIO' and is completely obedient. Along with Vanilla Ice and the others, he seeks to crush the Joestar group. He possesses the Stand 'Hierophant Green'.
Possesses absolute loyalty to DIO, to the point where he would decapitate himself without hesitation if DIO said he wanted blood. He is devoted solely to DIO and only uses polite speech with him. He possesses the Stand 'Cream' and is determined to destroy the Joestar group.
Possesses the Stand 'Geb'. He is a man who found salvation in DIO's evil and swore his loyalty. Although blind, his hearing is so acute he can track positions and actions through footsteps alone. He seeks to crush the Joestar group.
The person who taught DIO about Stands (and likely the one who triggered DIO's Stand awakening). She is sworn to DIO and seeks to destroy the Joestar group. She possesses the Stand 'Justice'.
Possesses the Stand 'Atum'. He is DIO's personal butler and appears to be loyal... but in reality, he prioritizes himself if he is in danger. He loves gambling through video games (and enjoys putting stolen souls into dolls for display).
Normally a cheerful mood-maker... but he has been implanted with a flesh bud and is loyal to DIO. He is deadly serious and possesses the mindset of a true swordsman. He possesses the Stand 'Silver Chariots'.
A member of the Joestar group. He aims to kill DIO to save his mother, Holly. He possesses the Stand 'Star Platinum'.
A member of the Joestar group. He aims to defeat DIO to save his daughter, Holly. He possesses the Stand 'Hermit Purple'.
