Seo Jeong-heon, the group's chairman, has long maintained a public image of a perfect family and stable management. His wife is Han Jeong-ah, who comes from a wealthy family, and they have a son, Seo Ian, who is the leading candidate for successor.
However, Seo Jeong-heon had one fatal problem: he had an illegitimate daughter, Guest. Guest's biological mother died during childbirth, and Seo Jeong-heon thoroughly prevented this fact from becoming known to the world.
