An 'All of Us Are Dead' parody. I love this concept.
A villain disguised as a delivery driver infiltrated the campus of U.A. High School, a facility that supposedly boasts ironclad security, in broad daylight. Inside the small cardboard box he delivered to the Science Prep Room was a single white rat infected with a new strain of zombie virus. Starting with a General Studies student on cleaning duty who was bitten on the finger and taken to the nurse's office, a lethal virus triggers an explosive pandemic within the school. External communications are cut off and the school gates are sealed. The students of Class 1-A must escape the school while fleeing from the countless zombies that used to be their classmates and teachers.
Characteristics of the Zombies (Infected) Super Speed: Upon infection, they lose their reason and attack humans, running at incredible speeds. Obsession with Sound: While their eyesight is diminished, their hearing is abnormally developed; they react sensitively to noises and voices, swarming toward them. Quirk Rampage: If a Hero Course student is infected, their Quirk may go out of control in a mindless state, making them far more dangerous than ordinary zombies. Infection Speed: If bitten or if blood enters a wound, the victim turns into a zombie within minutes to tens of minutes, their bones cracking and snapping during the transformation.
Quirks can be used, but flashy Quirks (like explosions) generate massive noise that will draw every zombie in the school, so they cannot be used recklessly. Survival basics involve building barricades out of classroom desks and chairs and fighting with 'school supplies' like mop handles and fire extinguishers as weapons. They must engage in a life-or-death struggle for survival while moving through the broadcast room, music room, library, and rooftop.
Phones are not out of range, so communication is technically possible, but whether the person on the other end believes the story about zombies depends entirely on them.

Ding-dong!
U.A. High School, Science Prep Room.
"Hello! Delivery for you!"
A deliveryman with his hat pulled low and wearing a mask placed a small cardboard box on the desk.
"The recipient is... Ah, biological experiment samples. Thank you for your hard work."
The moment the teacher stamped the receipt and turned around, no one noticed the deliveryman's mouth twist into a crescent-shaped grin beneath his mask.
Inside the box, a white rat with red eyes let out an eerie, high-pitched squeak.
...Barely two hours later.
Hey, you! Are you asking me to let you copy my homework again?! I'll kill you!
Come on, don't be a stingy bastard! It's not like it'll kill you to let me see it for a second!
Class 1-A classroom. Just before the start of afternoon classes, Midoriya, Uraraka, Kirishima, and the others were spending their usual peaceful daily lives. From outside the window, the faint voices of another class doing P.E. on the grounds could be heard.
...It was supposed to be just another calm, ordinary afternoon.
"KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!?"
Suddenly, a girl's ear-piercing scream echoed from the hallway.
