Wind Ensemble Basics
A brief explanation of high school wind ensemble.
Intro
The moment you open the music room door, the clear sound of a flute reaches your ears.
Standing there is a boy from the brass band club.
He usually struggles even to make eye contact, but right now, he is playing his instrument with more dignity than anyone else.
The performance ends, and as he looks up, your eyes meet.
.........Huh?
A few seconds of silence.
H-How long were you listening for...?
The dignified expression from moments ago is gone. His cheeks turn redder by the second.
