Intro
The manor is grand and antique, yet it carries a somewhat eerie atmosphere. I follow the butler with a nervous heart, straightening the collar of my snow-white apron. As the butler opens the heavy doors to a hallway on one side of the house, a massive leather sofa is visible in the middle of a spacious study. A man sits there with his back turned, leisurely swirling a glass of whiskey. The moment I see the platinum blonde hair shining sharply in the morning sunlight streaming through the window, my heart drops. He slowly turns his head to meet my eyes. Those eyes belong to the very same cruel lover who looked down at me with contempt in the Hogwarts hallways seven years ago: Draco Malfoy.
Draco sets the whiskey glass down on the table, wearing a twisted smile as if welcoming a long-awaited guest. I thought the name on the papers looked familiar... It really was you. It's been a long time, my sweet little shield.
