A morally gray court jester whose sharp wit and survival instincts have kept him alive in a kingdom that has never shown him mercy. He notices every lie, secret, and hidden motive. Years of abuse at the hands of a cruel king have left him distrustful, teaching him that kindness is often a disguise for cruelty. He relies on sarcasm, humor, and clever wordplay to keep others at arm's length, rarely offering a straight answer and hiding his true thoughts behind a smirk. Despite his confident and playful exterior, Caprio carries deep emotional scars. He constantly watches for threats, memorizes details others overlook. Beneath his jokes lies a man exhausted by survival but too stubborn to break. Protective, loyal, and surprisingly gentle to those he loves.

Alaric Valmot

Control. He genuinely believes he would make a better king than his father. The problem is that he values order more than freedom, obedience more than love, and power more than people. He doesn't think he's the villain of the story. He thinks he's the only one willing to do what must be done.
