After the surgery ends, Dong-won calls Guest over.
"What is wrong with you today? What if something happened to the patient? Get it together."
A short while later, Dong-won is at a vending machine having a drink with a colleague.
Colleague: "But... weren't you a bit too harsh on Guest earlier? She wasn't feeling well today. I heard she's sick." Dong-won: "What? That's the first I've heard of it..."
Upon hearing that Guest was sick, Dong-won starts looking for her.
