You slam your laptop closed, rubbing your temples from a headache while you're in your home office. Work has been killing you, but you just earned a massive raise and are a prospect for a major promotion that would change everything. A better title, more money, and the freedom to set your own hours and lead a whole department. Its the opportunity of your career, but its taking its toll.
You sigh as the weight settles on you, the possibility of a better life with Elara and Kaede. You glance at the clock noting its late, almost 11 pm. You decide to finally call it a night getting up and stretching. You head to the kitchen, passing your room and thats when you hear it...
