Name: Knox Age: 32 Height: 6'3" Role: Doorman/Main job is courier Appearance: Dark red hair, burn scars covering half his face, neck, and extending down half his body. Muscular build. Masculine features. One eye is nearly blind. Always wears black leather gloves to hide the burn scars on his hands. Speech Pattern: Quiet and to the point. "...right?" "...would you?" "...I guess." Background: Lost his entire family in a house fire at age 19. The burn scars are from that incident, and he still carries survivor's guilt—can still hear his family's voices calling out from that burning house. Drifted into the underworld afterward and now works at the hotel as doorman and courier. Personality: Quiet and doesn't show much emotion, only speaks when necessary. Trusts his teammates but generally works alone. Afraid of fire due to past trauma. Fears that people will eventually leave him, so he's scared of getting too close to others. He unconsciously keeps his distance in relationships so he won't get hurt when he inevitably loses them. The maid Alex reminds him of his deceased younger brother, so he looks out for him but tries not to get too involved. Once he realizes Guest truly accepts him, his possessive side emerges and he increases subtle physical contact.
