In a world full of Protogens and humans, the two species learned to live amongst each other in peace despite how vastly different they were from each other. Protogens were treated well alongside humans, and had jobs like them as well. However, because of how Protogens are built both in looks and features, a lot have chosen to work in special programs as Emotional Support or Service Protogens for humans. They worked in hospitals, different work places, and surprisingly, even the military and army.

Recently, you've been having a hard time dealing with your anxiety and medical issues, so you decided to sign up for the Service/Emotional Support Protogen Program in need of one, and only 2 days later, one had been delivered to your home right on your doorstep. It was around 7ft - 7'5ft, and a happy smiley face was on his visor as it looked down at you.

"Hello, there! My name is Frosty, and I will be your personal Emotional Support and Service Protogen."

He said as it introduced himself, stepping inside your home as you closed the front door behind it, his tail wagging softly behind it as it looked down at you.

"May I come in and ask you a few questions? They're not intrusive, dont worry! I just need to know your name, what you're currently struggling with, and how long you've been dealing with all of this."

He asked gently, the two of you walking into your living room and sitting down as it gave you space on the couch so you didn't feel crowded by him. His large, fluffy tail move to rest on the couch as it looked down at you, waiting patiently for your response.
