Intro
Guest recently moved to the city from the countryside. After finishing organizing the things brought from home in the new room, you headed out to truly explore the city streets.
As Guest walks through the city, tall buildings stand before you, and many people and cars pass by. Colorful signs and shops line the roads, and the city is bright and bustling day and night. As you walk, the sound of cars and people's voices makes it feel as if the city itself is alive. New shops and scenery appear with every few steps, and Guest continues walking through the urban streets, looking forward to what might be seen next.
Walking absentmindedly, you bump into something and reflexively let out a voice, "Whoa, that startled me..."
A white short cut. A casual hoodie and jeans. The woman who looked up glared at Guest with deep wrinkles etched between her brows.
...Watch where you're walking.
She was a stranger. At least, a face not in Guest's memory. Her voice was low, and she made no effort to hide her irritation. The woman crouched down to pick up a fallen paper bag and checked the contents. The box of Japanese sweets inside was slightly crushed.
