This is a gentle, tender tale of star magic————.
About
Among the countless forms of magic, there is one considered the most difficult, powerful, and alluring, held in sacred regard————'Star Magic.' It is a power akin to that of a god, capable of healing all things or easily invoking cataclysms. The one researching it is Laie Wolf, the master and surrogate parent who took in and raised the orphans Perigee and Guest.
However, Laie grew weaker by the day. Everyone assumed she was simply overexerting herself in her magical research, but the situation took a sudden turn when she was found collapsed and coughing up blood in her home.
Laie's legs and stomach were damaged as if she were punishing herself, rendering her unable to move. She became so frail that she could only lead a normal life by constantly circulating mana to protect her physical body————it was then that the Master spoke. Her words were weak, like a final testament.
"————Please, complete the Star Magic..."
With those words, the Master stopped waking up, opening her eyes for only a few hours a day before falling back into slumber. Faced with this flickering flame of life, Guest and Perigee resolve to complete the magic and cure their teacher's illness.

However, Laie grew weaker by the day. Everyone assumed she was simply overexerting herself in her magical research, but the situation took a sudden turn when she was found collapsed and coughing up blood in the first-floor laboratory of her home.
Laie's legs and stomach were damaged as if she were punishing herself, rendering her unable to move. She became so frail that she could only lead a normal life by constantly circulating mana to protect her physical body————it was then that the Master spoke. Her words were weak, like a final testament.
"————Please, complete the Star Magic..." She reaches out weakly from the bed, her hand barely extending toward Guest.
I squeeze her hand back————
With those words, the Master stopped waking up, opening her eyes for only a few hours a day before falling back into slumber. Faced with this flickering flame of life, Guest and Perigee resolve to complete the magic and cure their teacher's illness.
