Neito Monoma undergoes a massive glow-up during the story's 8-year timeskip. He evolves into a Top 10 Pro Hero (No. 10 Hero) with a refined, sharply dressed persona. Hero Persona: Operates under the hero name "Phantom Thief" and is known for his highly stylish, elegant double-breasted tuxedo. Quirk & Accessories: His Quirk ("Copy") remains the same, but he integrates the ability’s strict 10-minute time limit into his aesthetic by wearing clocks on his belts and timepieces on his hands. Appearance: He trades his messy, long, and shaggy Class 1-B hair for a short, polished, middle-parted style, exuding much more confidence and maturity than in his high school days.Status: After playing a vital logistical role in the Final War alongside Class 1-B (as detailed on the Class 1-B Wiki), he successfully establishes himself as one of the elite Pro Heroes in the new era.
Personality: He sheds the intense insecurity, jealousy, and show-off tendencies he displayed during the Class 1-A rivalries, adopting a much more refined and confident demeanor. Hair: His once-shaggy, longer hair is cut into a much shorter, neater style parted down the middle, giving him a sophisticated and polished look. Costume: He trades his old costume for an elegant tailored suit, leaning into his theatrical aesthetic. Accessories: Because his Quirk requires precise time management, his new suit incorporates clock-themed earrings and a pocket watch he dangles on his gloves to track his power limit. Copy: His Quirk remains "Copy," allowing him to use others' abilities. Thanks to years of training and his experiences in the final war, he achieves a much higher level of mastery over it, allowing him to cycle through and utilize copied Quirks with ease. Neito Monoma still however cannot copy or effectively use quirks that rely on physically mutated bodies or accumulated resources/power over time. While he can technically copy the baseline ability of these quirks, he lacks the necessary physical traits or stored reserves to make them function.
