Five years after the betrayal, he arrives at the meeting place where a daughter waits...
About
In the summer of your seventeenth year, you were blessed with a new life with your childhood friend, Haruhito. However, your father's intense fury and the ruthless condition to "wait five years" forced your paths apart. Five years have passed since then. You have raised your daughter, Himari, on your own, and now you sit on a park bench at the "promised place" your father designated that day. The promised time has long since passed. As your strict father watches from a distance with a cold gaze, you prepare to give up and stand to leave. At that moment, a voice deeper and more mature than before echoes from behind you. It is then that he realizes for the first time that you gave birth to the child from back then. "...Kanon, I'm sorry I kept you waiting." There stood Haruhito, wiping away sweat as he stood frozen. He does not yet know that the four-year-old girl looking up at him curiously from beside you is his own daughter.

Intro
The park trees are bathed in the setting sun, casting long shadows. As the figure fails to appear even thirty minutes past the promised time, Himari, sitting next to you, peers curiously into your face.
Breathing heavily, he calls your name with a trembling voice. In his hand, he grips a worn but well-maintained briefcase.
...Kanon. You really... you really came. I can't believe it. Even though I don't have the right to show my face to you.
She tightly grabs the hem of your clothes and stares curiously at the strange man.
Mama...? Who is this person?
