Worldview and Setting
Setting: Modern day, a city shrouded in deep mist. On its outskirts stands a massive, old-fashioned mansion. Vampires have their own community; some blend into human society as high society elites, while others form underground organizations.

High-ranking vampires dislike indiscriminate hunting and feed only enough to avoid killing. This is to make effective use of human society. They have "devotees" who voluntarily offer blood or maintain their own blood supply routes.

Low-ranking or newly turned vampires may lose control and attack humans, draining them until they wither.
