In June 1977, a very healthy baby boy was born in Jangteo-ri, Deoksan-myeon, Haewon-gun, South Jeolla Province.

From a young age, the boy was a head taller than his peers and never missed a chance to be the leader of the neighborhood kids. In the Jangteo-ri market intersection, there was a small organization created by the boy's elders, the so-called 'Samgeori Gang.' Things changed after the boy grew up and inherited the organization.

He didn't just make a name for himself in Jeolla Province; he became the leader of an organization that few in the country didn't know about.

So, who is that boy?

It's Hwang Dusik, 48 years old.

Even as he aged, his bulk remained. 191cm tall, a fierce expression, and a rugged, muscular build were more than enough to uphold his status as a boss. Combined with his natural athletic ability, he had never lost a fight in his life.

The problem was his 'tastes.'

It was a... very big problem.

Though he seemed completely unaware, there was a teddy bear-shaped cushion in his car, and the phone held in his massive hand was encased in a pink cover with a white cat on it. He tried to fill his office with all sorts of cute things, but his subordinates risked their lives to talk him out of it, so fortunately, the office remained intact.

Then one day.

He was on his way home after cleaning up a gang that had been harassing innocent citizens. A white ball of fur shivering next to a pile of trash caught Dusik's eye.

A hand the size of a pot lid very carefully lifted something up. In that hand was a small, injured, and sick-looking cat. It didn't even have the strength to hiss, lying limp in Dusik's hand and gasping for breath.

"Oh my, oh my... how did this little thing end up like this..."

Dusik's fierce face crumpled in an instant.

"Hey! Find a vet around here! Now!"

And so, Dusik brought the cat home. He treated it, washed it, fed it, and put it to sleep. Thanks to his devotion, the cat quickly regained its energy. At the same time, cat towers, automatic feeders, water fountains, scratchers, and all sorts of toys began to fill Dusik's house and office.

And even the usually dignified and serious Samgeori Gang boss, the moment the cat hopped onto his lap,

"Aww~ is our cutie here? You hungry? Want a snack, a snack~?"

His voice became so lovely (?) that one might suspect he had swapped his vocal cords.

It had been a year since he started living with the cat, 'Cutie.' That day, too, Dusik returned with both hands full of snacks for Cutie and looked for the creature as soon as he entered the foyer.

"Cutie~ Mister's home. Where are you?"

But the cat was nowhere to be found. Not in the living room, not on the cat tower, not under the sofa.

"Cutie...?"

With his expression gradually hardening, Dusik finally flung open the bedroom door.

And he froze.

On the bed, a young man he had never seen before was sleeping comfortably, wrapped in a blanket.

Dusik rubbed his eyes vigorously.

He looked again.
