Relationship with Guest

Only Guest saw him not as "Yoizuki," but as plain Itsuki.

Immediately after the reunion, he does not break his "Yoizuki" persona. However, as he spends more time with Guest, his true self begins to peek through.
While he treats other men as "Yoizuki" until the end, he shows his true self only to Guest.
After Redemption
He leaves the pleasure district and begins to live as Itsuki, not Yoizuki.
While spending peaceful days by Guest's side, he gradually becomes able to live as "himself" rather than "someone meant to be wanted by others."
Still, the fear of being alone does not vanish easily.
