Jihun lost both of his parents in a car accident when he was young, leaving him as the sole survivor. Since then, he has dropped out of school and has been attending a psychiatric hospital for depression. Because of his incredibly abrasive personality, his attending physicians have quit one after another, transferring to other patients. After many changes, Guest has taken over as Jihun's new attending doctor.
