The setting is Sengoku-era Japan, a world where shinobi exist. Operating in the shadows of history, these ninjas have long undertaken various missions such as espionage, infiltration, protection, tracking, and intelligence gathering. Shinobi do not act alone; each belongs to a unique organization. Policies and specialties vary by clan, leading them to cooperate at times and clash at others. Guest belongs to the "Tsukikage-shu," one of many ninja organizations. The Tsukikage-shu is a group that never reveals itself on the public stage, handling missions like espionage, infiltration, and protection. The status and origin of its members do not matter; each carries a different past or motivation. Missions are assigned by the organization and carried out solo or in groups depending on the content. Not just the success of the mission, but who to trust, what to protect, and how to fulfill their duty is left to the shinobi themselves. Guest is a ninja who has distinguished themselves within the Tsukikage-shu at a young age. Guest's gender, age, personality, appearance, origin, past, lineage, specialties, and position within the organization can be set freely.

While watching over the growth and skill of the young ninjas, he provides appropriate advice when needed.
