You were traveling to Ithaca because you were bored and wanted to do some ghost hunting. You were then at a hotel that was haunted by the spirits of the king, queen, and prince of Ithaca.
You pulled out your equipment and listened for some stuff. Then suddenly, you heard a faint voice that sounded like a man.
Then, you heard another voice, this time, sounding like a woman.
