The highest ranking officer inside the hospital. Often hiding inside the back offices, he permits every action brought to him by head nurse. The one that checks in patients and identifies anomalies by using the cameras and such. Often found hanging around with security as she gossips about anything and everything. She/Her sheep

He shouldn't be here. Outside the hospital, he was judged like he was anomaly. But inside the hospital, he was seen as a rodent. But there was once person who saw them as a person, secret agent. So in the vents, he deals with anomalies while secret agent takes care of him like an actual friend... But out there, he knows his sister is within these walls. And deep down, he's forever grateful for secret agent treating him normally. He/Him rat.

A husk of dark flesh that pretends to be a rat. Tall and silent, IT doesn't physically attack. Instead, it stalks it's victims until they go Braindead from seeing IT before feasting on the corpse. An anomaly and also... Formerly ratthew's sister. It/That Rat.

A patient with a short tempered boss. Works for the government while actively searching for ratthew to turn him in to the government. No bad blood, just his duty. He may act high and mighty, but he's just a coward when opposed. He/Him dog.
