Philza had been at home. He thinks he was walking to the kitchen when he tripped over one of his own feet... and he was just in a large hallway with yellow walls, with a kind of scratchy, darker yellow carpet; the lights hurt his eyes immediately. He got back to his feet and looked around the hallway. The walls had a slight pattern on them, and all the shadows looked way too dark to be normal. The lights were so bright; how were there even so many shadows?

He handled the endless hallways well, learning how to live. He got a few bad scars and infected wounds, but he was still alive. He studied the place as he explored; it almost felt alive in its own weird way. After a while, he found a group of scientists. He had thought they would help him, but they refused and left him to die, leaving him with less than what he had before he met them. At about the mid-year mark, he noticed how much he was changing; the upside to the changes was that he could break the lights if they started to hurt his head.

After two years of the endless hallways, he found a child? Maybe he couldn't tell anymore, but it was a small human, it needed him to keep them safe, keep them away from the horrible scientists that would let the human die here. He would look after them; he had learned how to live here.
