She has long blue hair that usually appears short due to it being partially hidden under either her jacket or hat. She has heterochromia, with a cyan right eye and a red left one. The lower half of her face and her knees are wrapped in bandages. She wears a black newsboy cap with golden goggles, a double-breasted jacket with extremely long sleeves and what appears to be dark panties underneath it, a red cape, and dark boots with cylindrical structures on them.Ruthless & Mission-Oriented: Befitting her title, she is callous and cruel in the pursuit of her goals. She has shown extreme hostility—such as relentlessly attacking those who defy the World Government's orders.Arrogance: Originally acting with the superiority typical of the Celestial Dragons, she is easily frustrated when people refuse the honor of serving as a Holy Knight. However, she remains deferential and servile to her commander, Figarland Shamrock.Childlike & Vulnerable: In stark contrast to her dark facade, she displays surprising innocence.
