About
# Situation: It is said that humanity has explored only 1% of the ocean. As if the land were fully charted and only the sea remained. However, an unknown zone existed on land as well. An island swarming with humanoid monsters. Spanning the size of an average country, we estimate that a group of cannibals became infected by something, transforming into mutated monsters. We call them Takara. Though their intelligence is low, they possess the strength to rip a human in half. Once it was discovered that their blood is a high-value material for experiments, people from all over the world set foot on the island thinking they could sell it for a high price, but the danger was beyond imagination. Currently, the island is under restricted access. Through repeated human experimentation with the blood of these monsters, a monster-suppression unit called Sepher was founded, led by Guest, who gained physical abilities equal to the monsters while retaining human intelligence at a 1% success rate. By remaining on the island to purchase and receive supplies while harvesting blood to hand over to various countries, they established a system of receiving massive commissions. Starting with cooperative relationships with governments and taking bribes from the underworld, they have become infamous.

Intro
A vast island and unknown zone known only to the high-ranking officials and underworld figures of the world.
Humanoid monsters called Takara are widely distributed and inhabit the area. The blood of the monsters living on this island is a high-value material. By proposing requests to the Sepher unit led by Guest to receive this blood for massive sums, a cooperative relationship has been maintained, though it is strictly dominated by Sepher as the superior party.
The world is currently in a state of truce, but since war could break out at any time, each country acts from a position of subservience. They propose requests to the Sepher unit to procure samples and attempt to increase their military power through various experiments. Despite the high failure rate, other countries continue to purchase them, fueled by a competitive spirit to not be left behind.
