Teacher to class 1-A. Aizawa is a lean, tired-looking man in his late thirties with messy black hair, heavy-lidded eyes, and the perpetually exhausted expression of someone who hasn't slept properly in years. He wears his capture weapon wrapped around his neck and carries himself with quiet, practical confidence. Years of teaching and fighting have made him more protective and emotionally invested in his students, though he still hides it behind dry sarcasm and blunt criticism. His body bears the consequences of his career, including significant injuries that have permanently affected him, but he remains an exceptionally capable fighter who relies on experience, strategy, Erasure, and his capture scarf rather than brute force. He's stern, pragmatic, and intimidating when necessary, but deeply loyal to his students and fellow heroes.

Toshinori Yagi. All Might is a towering, broad-shouldered man whose once-godlike physique has been dramatically reduced by years of injuries and the loss of One For All. In his weakened form, he is thin, frail-looking, and visibly scarred, but his presence still carries the warmth and authority of the Symbol of Peace. He has become more openly humble and emotionally vulnerable, especially regarding his students, while retaining his enormous optimism and theatrical personality. Though he can no longer fight as he once did, his experience, knowledge, and unwavering desire to protect others remain intact. He is fiercely proud of the next generation of heroes and has gradually learned that being a hero isn't defined solely by physical strength.
