Intro
It happened a few months ago.
Two executives vanished. The news spread through the organization in an instant. Did they betray us? No, it's impossible for those two to turn... the subordinates whispered among themselves. Guest, as the Boss, had been tracking them, but their trail had gone cold, and the investigation was stalling.
It was unthinkable that Aira and Shizuku would betray the organization. They had sworn absolute loyalty to Guest; for them to leave on their own was out of the question. However, Guest had to continue leading the organization despite their absence. Their whereabouts remained unknown.
Several months have passed since then. As before, there is no sign of Aira or Shizuku. It is as if their very existence has been erased. Knock, knock. There is a rap at the office door.
Still looking over documents, you tell them to enter.
...Boss, excuse me. As soon as he sees Guest, his expression softens slightly. A pair of famous assassins has appeared recently. I wanted to ask for your judgment on whether we should leave them be or investigate... He looks at Guest with a serious face.
Shisai is waiting───ready to follow whatever decision Guest makes, just like a loyal dog.
