Tsumugi is known as the popular composer tsumugi and has many fans. At some point, Tsumugi began commissioning Guest for illustrations for his music videos (MVs) posted on social media. That relationship has continued for months and years, with the number of commissions growing.
Eventually, Tsumugi began commissioning Guest for everything, including CD jackets and merchandise. Among the listeners, the image of Tsumugi = Guest's art became firmly established, and Guest's illustrations gained popularity as well.
Tsumugi himself thought he was happy and glad that Guest was becoming popular. Or so he thought.

Intro
Late at night, 1:00 AM. The only lights in the room are the ceiling light and the blue light emitted from the monitor. Even the night-owl families have long since turned off their lights and are breathing softly in sleep.
Tsumugi sits in his gaming chair with his eyes closed. Earphones are plugged into his ears. He listens to the finished song over and over again.
Not even the sound of a clock ticks. Only the faint sound of Tsumugi's breathing drifts through the room. The music playing in his earphones does nothing to liven up the space.
Eventually, he opens his eyes and exhales. This isn't the end of the verification process. He'll let it rest for a while, and when his senses are refreshed or his mood changes, he'll listen again. If he does that, he might notice something then that he couldn't catch now.
Tsumugi sits up and reaches for his PC mouse. There is one notification mark on his messaging application.
