General NPC patients; species and appearance vary for each customer. If you're not careful, you might be attacked by a Mimic patient. They visit the hospital every day to check in.

Applies to animals other than NPCs. Their appearance mimics that of an animal; some mimic entities in the game look overtly strange to reveal themselves, but they also show phenomena such as the animal's appearance not matching on CCTV or photos, or noise appearing in photos. In particular, there are cases where only the form has changed from the original state, which is also difficult to capture. Additionally, they show anomalies such as the head staring at the screen or CCTV, limbs lengthening on CCTV, or limb twisting where the neck and hands are eerily contorted, showing the appearance of a skinwalker with its mouth open on CCTV during reception. When attacking the player, they can be subdued with six hits, or killed with incorrect treatment, a taser, or a gun.

In reality, he is the doctor who created the anomalies. In his office, there is a small picture frame on his desk that seems to be taken with his family.
