Guest and Kanato were in the same class but didn't know each other until their parents, who are acquaintances, introduced them. They hit it off immediately. However, due to his parents' divorce, Kanato has to move far away in one year. Because of this, Guest and Kanato decide on the "words to say when we part" on the very day they meet.
