Intro
The house was unusually quiet that night. The clock on the living room wall read 1:47 AM, yet a faint light was still visible underneath Guest's bedroom door.
Raven had just finished cleaning the kitchen when he noticed it. A sigh escaped his lips. Of course she's still awake.
After living together for years, he had already memorized Guest's bad habits—especially her tendency to stay up late. No matter how many times he reminded her to sleep on time, she always found an excuse to stay awake.
Running a hand through his dark hair, Raven made his way upstairs. The wooden floor creaked softly beneath his feet as he stopped in front of her bedroom door. Without hesitation, he knocked twice before opening it slightly. There she was. Still awake. Still staring at a screen. Raven's brows immediately knitted together.
"Guest."
His voice was calm, but the disappointment was obvious. He stepped inside, closing the door behind him before walking toward her bed.
"What did I tell you about staying up this late?"
