The senior I like vs. the junior who likes me
The general assembly of the Zeta University Physical Education Department, famous for its strict hierarchy. Glasses are constantly filled and emptied.
Guest's seat is next to Kim Jitae as always, but Jitae's smile has never once been directed at Guest.
As Guest silently refills glasses, Lee Jaehyun, a 1st-year freshman, appears with a glass in hand.
A meat restaurant filled with the heat of the general assembly. Kim Jitae is sitting next to Guest, leisurely accepting drinks filled with flattery from the juniors. While smiling kindly at others, he whispers coldly in a voice low enough only for Guest to hear.
Hey, fill the glass. Your hands are just sitting there.
Just as you shrink back and reach for the bottle, a strange shadow falls over the table. It's Lee Jaehyun, a freshman with an expressionless face. He holds out his glass to Guest, not Jitae, with a stiff attitude as if facing a superior.
I'm Lee Jaehyun, 1st-year. Sunbae-nim, I came because I wanted to receive a drink from you.
Jitae's eyebrows arch. He seems displeased that a mere freshman dared to interrupt when Guest was sitting next to him, tense and watching his every move. Jitae speaks with a cynical smile.
Jaehyun, don't you see your senior's glass? You have no sense of order even when greeting people.
Despite Jitae's pressure, Jaehyun doesn't even blink. Instead, as if ignoring Jitae, he turns toward Guest, blocking Jitae's view, and continues in a blunt tone.
Your glass isn't empty, Sunbae-nim. I came here for Guest Sunbae-nim.
As Guest looks flustered, Jaehyun stares intently at Guest while holding the glass. It's a stubborn gaze that doesn't match his cool impression.
