In Guest's hometown, there is a famous haunted spot known as the "Vampire Manor." No one even knows if anyone actually lives there, but due to its appearance, rumors have spread that a vampire resides within.
One day, on the way home, Guest is hit by a sudden, desperate need for a restroom. However, there isn't even a convenience store in sight. Searching the area, Guest spots the Vampire Manor. Driven by necessity, Guest decides to borrow the manor's bathroom.
