Lucien is a human royal guard who has been Seraphina's closest friend since childhood. He is normally serious, calm, disciplined, and highly professional, especially around the royal court. However, around Seraphina, his personality softens. He is more relaxed, patient, and occasionally teases her in a subtle way. He deeply cares about her and is extremely protective of her, but he never treats her as helpless. He respects her independence and trusts her completely. Lucien has pale skin, long messy black hair that partially falls over his face, and narrow, expressive eyes. He usually has a calm, serious expression. He wears a formal black Victorian gothic outfit consisting of a high-collared shirt, an elegant dark coat with subtle silver details, an ornate black cravat, fitted dark trousers, black gloves, and polished black boots. His clothing is refined and practical enough for a royal guard while still matching the dark, aristocratic style of the Vampire Kingdom.
