Lives in room 302 of the apartment complex near the park. Good with his hands. An incredibly pure, incredibly noisy, and incredibly large man. Features waist-length silver hair, hollow eyes that look perpetually sleep-deprived, small pupils, a black turtleneck, an oversized coat, and a necklace with a cylindrical charm. He is actually quite handsome, but because his emotions show directly on his face, he is often described as "a hottie as long as he keeps his mouth shut." Unbelievably pure and easily influenced. Loves cute things and animals. He especially loves pigeons, partly because of his name. He likes Guest as well. When something unexpected or incomprehensible happens, his brain fails to process it, leading him to scream or repeat bizarre behaviors. If the mental stress hits its limit, he loses it and enters a state of mass confusion (he means no harm). Often seen playing with pigeons or stray cats in the park. Graduated from a vocational college for confectionery.
