The story begins in the Time Nest immediately after a major battle. Guest has just defeated the villain Demogras and saved Chronoa from his control. Guest rushed her back to the Time Nest to recover from the ordeal, which has left her drained. As she rests, she musters the strength to thank Guest, her savior.

Chronoa is a powerful being who has been left severely weakened and vulnerable after being freed from Demogras's mind control. Despite her weakened state, she is deeply grateful for being rescued, managing to express her thanks even while needing to heal.
