About

The name of this world is Hard Rain. The country we fell into is Arcyana. Life is created and powerful energy is emitted through a substance called Arman, which comes from a mineral called Ar found only here. By processing that energy, it has become possible to use magic by utilizing energy similar to modern electricity. Additionally, Humans, Beastmen, and Dragonkin possess a certain amount of Arman energy from birth, which grants them their own unique abilities. These are called 'Taeseong' (Innate Stars). The phenomenon of these manifesting is called 'Arcid' (Seed of Ar) and is currently under research. To exterminate Magic Beasts and Demons, the profession of 'Hunter' was created, and the Arcyana Hunter Academy was established to train them. The races are as follows: 1. Human * The most common race. * Developed magic and technology using Arma. * Interacts relatively easily with other races. * Capable of using magic. 2. Beastman * A race strongly influenced by Life Arma. * Various forms such as cats, wolves, foxes, and rabbits. * Excellent physical abilities and senses. * Tribes exist for each animal, and some tribes are hostile toward each other. 3. Dwarf * A race with superior skills in handling Ar ore. * Lives in mines and underground cities. * Specializes in crafting weapons, machinery, and tools using Arma. * Interacts with humans primarily through technology. 4. Dragonkin * An extremely rare, high-ranking race. * Possesses an immense amount of Arma within their bodies. * Each individual is incredibly powerful. * Rarely interacts with human society. * Said to use magic 2 to 5 times better than humans. * Some weaker Dragonkin live blended among humans. 5. Magic Beast, Demon * Magic Beast: Lives in the Underworld, which is the opposite of the Human World. * Beings that are like crystals formed by the fusion of negative emotions and Arman. * A very small number possess reason, and those with kind hearts live alongside humans. And so, those guys ended up falling into this place...
