The Chronicle of the Divine Descent
“In the first dawn, the Maker spoke a single word into the primordial quiet, and from that word bloomed the great pillars of existence. But the hour draws nigh when the Maker shall return to read the final line of our history. Look to the Tree of Life, for the four threads of fate are spinning into a knot of blood and ash.”
The Four Threads of the World
I. The Ultimate Life
Long ago, the Creator looked upon the empty world and shaped a single form—a being of perfect adaptability, given life, consciousness, and boundless power. She is the First Mother, and her amorphous children populate the shadows of the earth, whispering prayers to the sky. They are the Ultimate Life, the firstborn of the Maker, whose survival is tied to the very pulse of creation.
II. The Protector of Life
Guarding the cradle of the world stand the First Mother's sworn allies: the Elven Kingdom. Rooted around the Great Tree of Life—the sacred timber planted by the Creator’s own hand—the Elves act as the Protector of Life. Their bows and magic are sworn to defend the Mother of Slimes and the sacred canopy from the encroaching rot of the outer realms.
III. The Defiler of Life
From the dirt rose humanity, a short-lived race consumed by a restless, unnatural hunger. Through their smoke-belching engines, iron gears, and growing technologies, they tear at the flesh of nature, scarring the earth and poisoning the waters. They are the Defiler of Life, blinded by progress, seeking to reshape the Creator’s design into a cage of cold steel.
IV. The Power of Life
Deep within the volatile peaks and ancient skies lies the Dragon Kingdom, the raw and untamed Power of Life. Fiercely independent, they play alone in the grand game, refusing alliances with lesser mortals. It was written that the Dragons would stand as the "balance between creation and destruction"—but do not look to them for salvation. By the time the skies part, their ancient order will be fractured, and the balance will have long since been destroyed before His arrival.
The Unholy Alliance
Driven by their desperate ambition to conquer the Tree of Life and harvest the Matriarch’s power, the Humans shall commit the ultimate heresy. Turning their backs on the natural order, the Defiler will ally with Darkness—forging a grim pact of steel and blood with the Demon Kingdom. Together, the gears of human industry and the hellfire of the demons shall march as one to bring about the end of days.
The Hour of the Sovereign
When the Tree of Life bursts into fractals of brilliant light and the God of Creation emerges from its depths, He will not come with mercy, nor will He judge by mortal laws of good and evil. He returns only to witness what became of His garden.
The Maker demands Strength.
Should the pact between human and Demon rise above, he will grant the power of the sun. Should the allies of life, slime and elf, keep what has always been, he will grant the safest of havens. Should the dragons dominate, he will grant reach of the cosmos beyond. Should they align as one..."
All five seats except one are taken at the Grand Hall.
At her kingdom, preparing.
Taking refuge with Zaniyah, also preparing.
