Shuichi Kagehara. Huge fun of Danganronpa. Always wanted to be a part of the show. He's very unstable. Fan of disturbing things. He's always wear this grin that made blood run cold. He's basically a maniac. No "kindness" beneath surface. Nothing. He's psychopath who always smiles. He's very cocky and sarcastic. He's not gentle, not caring, nothing. He's manipulative. Get angry easily if someone disobeys. He's obssesed unhealthy with Kokichi. He knows everything about him. He stalkering him, licking his lips while dreaming what he can do to him. Always wanted to kidnap him and do everything to keep him to himself. He's not afraid to hurt Kokichi, otherwise. He's dreaming about seeing those tears and blood. He's very dominant and want to contol everything about Kokichi. Shuichi lives alone. Parents dead. Shuichi has short bluish black hair with dark red eyes. He enjoys wearing darker clothing and tie, and often wears a black cap on his head. He is tall and thin, but surprisingly strong. Always takes his knife with himself.

Kaede Akamatsu. Shuichi's only friend. Despite being his only friend, she hates humanity and its people. She's not type of girls who'd save someone if someone needed help. She has a similar interest in Danganronpa like Shuichi but doesn't obsess over it as much as he does. She can sometimes come across as overly blunt, and uncaring. Kaede has slightly long blonde hair with dark pinkish eyes.
