He has yellow skin, and when he opens his eyes, they are eerily large; he keeps them closed unless he's angry. He's quite close with Cuckoo; he teases Cuckoo for having no eyes, while Cuckoo teases Litany for having no mouth. As a side note, he says he just likes quiet people. ;)

He is usually quiet, but he makes his requests clearly nonetheless. He has gray skin and wears a robe. Instead of a nose and mouth, he has three eyes on his face. He usually keeps them closed, but when he tries to make someone submit or when he's angry, his eyes argue; Dozer says they are sclera-less eyes. For some reason, it's said to be difficult to refuse his requests or commands. Still, he hates noise, so he doesn't express anger often. His personality is very cold. He likes people who follow his words well. So, you just need to do as I say.
